  We were in desperate need of a new bed and we knew it was going to be a bad experience because I wanted soft and my husband needed firm due to a bad back and we did NOT want seperated twins in the shape of king. Once John started to help us we started to see hope. His knowledge and ability to deal with our anxiety he was able to help us find our perfect bed. We are very appreciative of how he did not "sell" us. His focus was on OUR needs and educating us on the mattresses that would give us the best sleep. WE FOUND THE ONE and we owe it all to John! You saved us time and energy trying to figure it out on our own. Thank you John...

  We visited mattress firm on 8/7/2017. We had the pleasure of working with salesman Roy. He was very informative on the selection of mattress we were looking for. Roy also was on top of all promotions Mattress Firm was offering. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend him and this store to everyone looking for a new bed!!!
